Resource Consent Application

NOTIFICATION OF APPLICATION FOR RESOURCE MANAGEMENT CONSENT
UNDER SECTION 93(2) OF THE RESOURCE MANAGEMENT ACT 1991
 
 
The Carterton District Council, Holloway Street, (PO Box 9), Carterton has received an application for resource consent from Peter Johnstone Management Ltd.
 
The application is for a Unit Title Subdivision - 27 Units - 7 for Residential Use & Land Use Consent at 1618 Longbush Road.
 
If you wish to make a submission on this application, you may do so by sending a written submission to the consent authority no later than Monday the 20th July 2009. The submission must be dated, signed by you, and include the following information:
 
1. Your name and postal address and telephone number and fax number (if applicable).
2. Details of the application in respect of which you are making the submission, including location.

5. The decision you wish the consent authority to make.
