The Carterton District Council, Holloway Street, (PO Box 9), Carterton has received an application for resource consent from Villa Strand Ltd.

The application proposes to subdivide Lot 1, Lot 3 and Lot 25 DP376563 into 2 lots each resulting in 6 lots of 1.55ha each and adjust boundary of Lot 24 DP376563 to include existing seal of ROW and become proposed Lot 7 of 3.25ha at Norfolk Road.
