APPLICATIONS FOR COMMUNITY GRANTS
The Carterton District Council has grant funding available and is calling for applications from community organisations in the Carterton district who meet its funding criteria.  Council provides grants for charitable, cultural, philanthropic, recreational and other purposes beneficial to the Carterton community.
 
Application forms and funding criteria are available by:

Applications for 2016 have now closed.
Applications for 2017 will open on 3 July 2017

 

CREATIVE COMMUNITIES SCHEME

 

The Creative Communities Scheme is a relationship between Creative NZ and the Carterton District Council to support a wide range of community arts projects including: Craft/Object arts, Dance, Interarts, Literature, Ngā Toi Māori, Multidisciplinary artforms, Music, Pacific arts, Theatre and Visual arts.
The Carterton District Council administers two funding rounds each financial year:

  •  Round 1 closes 4th November 2016
  •  Round 2 closes 28th April 2017

It has scholarships for school, polytechnic or travel grants, sports and arts schemes, personal grants, personal development funds, academic and non-academic funding.
