Resource Consent Application

NOTIFICATION OF APPLICATION FOR RESOURCE MANAGEMENT CONSENT
UNDER SECTION 93(2) OF THE RESOURCE MANAGEMENT ACT 1991
 
 
The Carterton District Council, Holloway Street, (PO Box 9), Carterton has received an application for resource consent from Guinea Trust.
  
The application is for subdivision of property into 42 residential lots, an access lot, 2 service lot, 2 separation strip lots, and one lot to be amalgamated with adjoining land and land use consent to apply residential setback standards to dwellings on the proposed lots (zoned rural) at Flat Point Road.
  
If you wish to make a submission on this application, you may do so by sending a written submission to the consent authority no later than Friday the 31st October 2008. The submission must be dated, signed by you, and include the following information:
